Jake had brought Niko home from the hospital a couple days ago. They were in a rhythm now as Jake worked on the Kuro stage pieces while watching over his partner. The broken ankle would take time to heal and if he was honest, Jake liked having Niko around constantly. He liked doting on the Finn.
Right now, Jake was drawing up some ideas for Ansgar's drum kit at his drawing table. Niko was laying on the couch sleeping with the kittens. Even Mina had taken to the Finn by this point. It was cute and pulled at Jake inside. He was so in love with the guitarist. The quiet was soothing and Jake was focused though he was listening in case Niko woke up.
