"You like my ripped jeans? I'm going with Erik and Tordis to buy some more another day."
Niko liked going shopping with his friends to try on stuff and compare with the other musicians. Tordis was a tart but he liked similar clothes to Niko at times and wasn't so bad.
"Will there be an open bar at this party? Free booze and food?"
"I like how they hug your ass." Jake admitted with a huge grin. He's glad that Niko has friends to spend time with. Jake loved spending time with Niko but it was important that he had others too.
"Yes." Jake looked over at Niko. "But don't you get to be a messy drunk on me."
"I won't get super trashed because I want to get fucked by your big cock tonight."
Niko giggled and then winked at Jake being a dirty bastard that he was. That, and he wouldn't make a bad impression for Jake's movie friends. This would be a fun party and there wouldn't be need for any drunken problems.
"I know you can't drink much because you are riding the bike. Maybe I could drink your booze for you?"
"You better not drink all of our booze." Jake stole a quick kiss before finishing up his eyeliner. He was almost back to the look he had before they ended up in the coffin earlier.
"I don't want you passing out on me before I get your ass again."
Niko wasn't he could drink all that booze anyway since he wasn't like Joe, Aarne, Joey or Bjorn for the amount they drank. He'd get drunk though but not too trashed so he could still function.
"That won't happen, vampire man. Are we ready?"
The Finn had finished dressing and was ready to hit the road.
Niko pinched Jake's ass as he walked outside to where the bike was parked. This would be so fucking epic! A movie party and free booze at that. The suit was so smart too and Niko couldn't help but smooth his palm down the front, feeling the expensive fabric beneath. No way was he going to get smashed in this nice suit.
That slap to his ass got Niko laughing as he jumped up onto the bike after Jake, wrapping his arms around the larger man. Niko knew Jake wouldn't be able to keep his hands off his boy, not in that smart suit he now wore.
"I doubt you can keep your hands off it."
The Finn gave Jake a kiss to the back of the neck and was thinking about the party now.
"You won't want me to." Jake pulled away and started on the way to the venue. It wasn't going to be long before they were pulling up outside one of the studio spaces.
"The party is on one of the movie sets." Jake grinned as he pulled into park. "I designed some of it."
"If you designed some of it then I want to see what my creative, sexy vampire boyfriend has been up to."
Niko winked at Jake as they arrived at the venue; the Finn's nerves slightly tickling inside of his stomach but he was doing his best to stay calm. He really wanted to see what Jake had been working on in his set design because he knew the man was talented with his hands.
"What I've been up to besides pinning by perfect boyfriend to the bottom of my coffin?...' Jake snuck in a kiss before taking Niko's hand so they could walk in together.
The set was an old castle ballroom. The large table was still there but instead of props it was laid out with food and drinks. A few people wave at Jake when he came in. "What do you want to do first?"
Niko giggled a little at the kiss then focused himself as they walked into the set and the Finn found himself admiring the decor. It was like an old castle ballroom and was perfect.
"You made all this? It's so fucking cool!"
The boy grinned and set his eyes upon the large table filled with food and drink.
"I started working on this set about 8 months before I met you." Jake still couldn't believe it had been that long. In some ways it felt like it all went so fast.
"What do you want?"
Jake noticed a few were staring but knew it was probably curiosity about who was with him rather than anything malicious. Jake would eventually introduce Niko to a lot of the people he worked with on set.
Niko just spent a good few moments gazing around at the set design, absorbing the atmosphere it was giving off. Jake was so talented it caused the Finn to smile as he leant in and kissed the man's jaw.
"Surprise me, vampire man."
The Finn was trying to ignore stares from others as he wanted to enjoy the evening with Jake.
Niko wasn't usually a wine drinker, unlike some of the others on tour, but he was here with Jake and would be polite. Booze was booze at the end of the day anyway so bottoms up! The Finn leant in to kiss Jake's cheek as he got them a drink.
Niko took the glass of wine and drank some, trying not to giggle when he felt that cheeky crotch grab. He knew he shouldn't but the temptation was just too hard to resist at times.
"Don't do what? This?"
The Finn winked and gave Jake's ass one more pinch before putting his free arm around the vampire.
"Make me drag you off to my office in the back." Jake growled playfully in the guitarist's ear.
Of course, people were going to come say hi, and his mentor was here. He would definitely want to meet Niko but for the most part people were just randomly mingling around. He did like that they were complimenting the set design, his design.
"Ooh, that sounds tempting but I'll behave for tonight."
Niko was serious about wanting to be dragged into Jake's office because fuck--that was hot! The party came first though and the Finn wouldn't show his boyfriend up, not in front of all his work co-workers.
"I love this set you've designed. All your own work."
The Finn was genuinely proud of Jake and loved that he was dating such a skilled man.
"Thank you. This is where I was spending my nights." Jake felt bad being away from Niko at night. Maybe that was a benefit of his job and his partner being a musician. They both worked nights.
"Do you want to see some of the props?" That was in a side room but he could definitely show those to Niko.
Niko knew that there would be plenty of time later for biting, kissing and fucking, but for now it was all about Jake and his party. The Finn was keen to see what his boyfriend had been working on all those nights he'd been away from him.
"I did guess it was something to do with you making sets and props."
The guitarist did understand and worked nights himself as a rock musician, so being parted at times was what happened.
"Yes, I want to see your work."
Niko slipped his hand into Jake's, glancing around to see if anyone was watching.
There were people looking but it was mostly curiosity rather than anything negative. Jake was rather private, and aside from his boss and the director who knew about Niko from leaving work when the guitarist broke his ankle, no one knew he was seeing anyone. Jake paid them no attention for the moment as he squeezed Niko's hand.
He took the guitarist back into the workshop off the side of the set. There are a few things in there, Victorian style clothing on mannequins and a few swords. But the big item in the room was a dark cherry wood coffin that was intricately carved with ivy and roses. "They're letting me take this home after the premiers."
Which meant Jake was going to have a second coffin, just as nice and maybe prettier than the one he already had at home.
